TERMS OF SERVICE

Please, before contacting me, READ the T.O.S.By paying the amount stated, you, the customer, agree to the terms and conditions that apply below:

1. Your finished commission is to be for personal, noncommercial use ONLY. Alterations or replications produced in any way, shape, or form are strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated it will result in a permanent blacklist and the suspension of rights from using my artwork in its entirety.2. Payment will be upfront via invoice and must be paid/converted into USD ($). Prices are NON negotiable, please respect the asking price. Refunds will NOT be issued once the commission has started and progress has been made.3. Please pay as soon as possible and provide a screenshot of your purchase. If payment has not been received within 48 hours, I will contact you and let you know that you have lost your slot and will be moving on to the next person available.4. In the event that you need to cancel a commission due to changes in your financial situation or any other reasoning, I will issue a full refund so long as no progress had been made.5. Please let me know IMMEDIATELY AFTER ORDERING if a deadline is given for a commission. You will be charged a fee to be bumped higher in the queue. ( Fees will be discussed with the client ).6. Major changes will ONLY be made during the sketch phase. After the lining phase has begun, any other major changes will be CHARGED with an extra fee. Minor fixes such as color correction are, however, acceptable.
